Company Profile
Essence Industrial Company, founded in 1984, specializes in screws and fasteners in Hong Kong. As part of its long - term development strategy, the company expanded to mainland China in 1987. Leveraging decades of industry expertise, we have assembled a team of cross - disciplinary talents and introduced internationally advanced production equipment to establish our fastener manufacturing base: Shantou Essence Screw Industrial Co., Ltd.
In June 2023, the company invested USD 3 million to set up a manufacturing plant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This move aims to provide efficient services to local Vietnamese customers and expand export operations to Europe and America. Subsequently, an additional USD 1.5 million was allocated for procuring new equipment. The plant spans 3,850 square meters and currently employs 60–70 staff members.
The plant has obtained certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and IATF 16949, with a D - U - N - S Number of 62 - 641 - 6658. It now serves globally renowned enterprises such as TTI Group, Panasonic, Nidec, Brother, Bosch, Mahle, Stabilus, Hager, and Würth.
